Self Service Activity Analysis
Access this screen when you click the Detail button next to Self Service Product Analysis on the Household Analysis screen.

This screen shows the total audio response and online banking minutes used during the previous for each household member. The average is calculated using all household members that are also credit union members, regardless of whether or not they used any minutes in the previous month.
