Access this screen by selecting Display Username (F20) on the screen outlining the members online banking details. This screen is accessed via Inquiry and Phone Operator, the Online Banking button.

This screen allows front line staff to view the member’s online banking username which the member uses in place of the account number when logging into online banking. To delete the username so that a member can create a new one, you will need to use a similar screen, accessed via Member Personal Banker.
