This screen appears after choosing Analysis on the Written-off/Charged-off Dashboard.

This screen shows summary statistics about the group of loans selected on the written-off/charged-off loans dashboard, including the “top 3” members, employees, dealers, loan categories, and write-off reasons.  Use the View button in any top 3 section to see a window showing a complete list of those items.

Use the Board Approval button to see a recap of all write-offs and/or charge-offs with documentation of their approval at a board meeting, or use the Bankruptcy button to see details about bankruptcy status.

Use Alternate Views to display a window which will allow you to filter the list to show only written-off loans, only charged-off loans, or both.

  • TIP:  If the numbers don’t look right to you, remember this dashboard will remember the filters that you selected on the original write-off/charge-off dashboard.  Use View Filters to show a recap of which filters are currently in effect.
