This screen appears after youselect a Type use the View Tiered Rates (F23) feature on the main Certificate Rate Inquiry screen.
This screen shows the minimum and maximum balance ranges, and rates, for up to six different rate tiers. Certificates with multiple balance ranges are used to maximize the number of products your credit union can offer while still using only 99 different CD Type codes. (Click here for more information on this configuration option.)
The tiered rates will be used when a certificate account is first opened, as well as when it auto-renews for a new term. These are treated like “straight split” tiers (non-blended/non-plateau) rates where the entire balance is paid at the same rate.
When done, use Enter to return to the previous screen.
