Access this screen by selecting Analysis (F16) on the Merchant Group Code Analysis Dashboard, entering an analysis period, and selecting a # Members.
Use this screen to select to Export a database file or use Common Bonds for further analysis.
Export to a Database File
If you select Export, enter a file name and use Enter to create the file. The file generated will be stored in QUERYxx, where xx is your 2-character CUID.
With this option, the system gathers account numbers for all of the members in the analysis tool (not just the ones on the screen, but the entire list) and creates a database file that is ready to be used by Member Connect tools. This lets you communicate instantly with these members via email and It’s Me 247 online banking messages, set up a marketing outreach via mailing labels and selective statement inserts, and track the responses via a telemarketing Tracker.
This file will contain account base only.
Duplicate account bases will automatically be eliminated, so if the same membership appears more than once in the analysis list, it will appear only once in the resulting database file.
Common Bonds
If you select Common Bonds, you will be able to analyze the members within the analysis dashboard based on what they have in common. The next screen will present you with four analysis options.
Account Composition
What can you tell me about the accounts? What are the sub-accounts that these members own, and what are the popular products within the group of members?
Membership Traits
What can you tell me about the members? What characteristics at a membership level are consistent or inconsistent among the group?
Credit History Trends
What can you tell me about their credit score history and trending? How do these members score on credit reports? Is this a group that has lower scores, or do they have scores that are right in our sweet spot?
Tiered Service Analysis
How do they fall within Tiered Service goals? How do these members compare/score compared to the rest of my membership?
