Access this screen by using the lookup next to "Transfer amount due from account" field on the third Opt-In for Loan Skip Pay Program screen.

This screen lists the accounts that can be used to pay for the skip pay fee (and interest and sales tax if required by the program).  Select an account and Select to return to the opt out screen.
