I would like to have my call center call the members for incomplete information on their online loan applications. How can I configure these incomplete leads, so they appear in a different tool instead of my regular loan queue (Tool #2)?

I would like to purge my incomplete loan leads from appearing in Online Banking Requests (Tool #13) on a specific schedule. How do I configure this, and how does the purge work? When are the loan leads completely purged from the files?

Screen Overview

This screen displays all of the incomplete loan applications that have been submitted by potential members through online banking.

NOTE: Any incomplete applications created using the new online banking credit card application (released in December 2024) will not appear on this screen.

  • When these types of applications are sent here, they are called loan leads. Loan leads appear on this screen if they are configured to do so in the Loan Workflow/App Controls screen (Tool #475). They are purged according to the purge rules set on this screen. Refer to the help on Tool #475 and the documentation above in the "Helpful Resources" section above for more details. Application information will remain here until you review the information and change a setting, such as an underwriting code or delete it from the screen. (This is done several screens in.)

NOTE: These are incomplete loan leads so follow appropriate procedures before running a credit report on these applicants.

Use either Work Lead to move to the detail screen or Delete to remove the lead. (Selecting Work Lead will not remove this lead from the queue.)
