Screen Overview

This full feature Search allows the teller to search on all the search fields included in Xpress Teller that may not be show in the Xpress Teller Search screen.  (The teller is not limited then to the default search fields on the Xpress Teller Search screen.) This powerful Advanced Search also allows you to search only certain fields by checking them.  This will limit your search to these criteria.  

Enter your data in the Search for field and check the fields in which you would like to search for that data. Click Search to return to the Xpress Teller Search screen to see the members (and their secondary members, if applicable) that fit the results of your search.

If you are not narrowing your results enough, a good strategy is to only search one field, and if possible to search more specific data.

• Click Check All or Uncheck All to check or uncheck all of the boxes.

What results will I find if I search for member John Smith in the Xpress Teller Search screen or Inquiry Search screen?  What might be a better strategy to find this member?

Activation of Advanced Search

Access to this screen is granted in the Xpress Teller Workflow Controls Account Features screen by checking Allow teller to perform advanced search. If the Advanced button does not appear on the Xpress Teller Search screen, this means this field is unchecked. If you wish you control access to which fields a teller can search, then turn access of to this screen.  Then they are limited to the search fields on the Xpress Teller Search screen.

Tables Used for Advanced Search

Advanced Search allows you to search the following:

• Account # -  Searches the MASTER table (member records)

• SSN)/TIN - Searches the MASTER and MSNONMBR tables (member and non member records)

• OTB account # - Searches the OTBMSTx tables (off trial balance tables)

• First name - Searches the MASTER and MSNONMBR table (member and non member records)

• Driver's licence - Searches the MASTRL and MSNONMBR tables (member and non member records)

• ATM/Debit/Credit card #

• Email address - Searches the PCMBRCFG table.

• Last name - Searches the MASTER and MSNONMBR table (member and non member records)

• Phone (all phone numbers are used)

• DBA name - Searches the MASTER and MSNONMBR tables (member and non member records)

• Employee # - Searches the MASTRL table (member records)

• OLB username - Online banking user name.  Searches the USERNAME field in the Online Banking Security Views (MBROBSECQ or MBROBSDEMQ)

• Reference - Searches the MASTER table (member records)
