Access this screen by selecting Tool #463: Loan Denial Notices Agency Configuration.

These screens are used to set up the credit bureau reporting agencies that can be selected to print on a member denial notice. Denial notices are printed for loan applications as well as for other miscellaneous member service purposes, such as checking account applications, etc. The agency names configured here are selected on the final denial notice screen. Whichever Name is listed first in this screen will be the default agency displayed on the final denial notice screen.

The list at the top of the screen contains names that can be used for the Decision based on report from consumer reporting agency option under the “Disclosure” section on the denial notice.  See this topic for more information about the order these entries appear on this screen and the numbering assigned.

  • CBCInnovis does not have its own denial codes.  Instead CU*BASE will show the denial codes of your primary credit bureau.  (NOTE: Tri-Merge credit scores are no longer supported.)
