Access this screen by selecting Analysis on the Where Your Members eSign dashboard (Tool #1113), then selecting to view/set Loan or membership forms

This screen shows the forms available for e-signature, and how many times they were used within the configured time period. To set a form as a member or a loan form, highlight the form and select Set as Loan form or Set as Membership form. To view what forms have been selected, use the Show Selections (F15) button.
