Importing Budget Figures: Flat File

This screen appears after choosing “Flat file, predefined” from the Import CU Budget window.

Since the flat file format requires strict adherence to field widths and order, this window simply shows the format that is expected in order for the import to work properly.

• Remember that field length must be exact and in the exact order as shown, with no additional fields allowed in the file.

Use Enter to confirm and return to the Import CU Budget window, then use Import File Data to complete the import process and proceed to the Budget Import Exceptions screen or the Budget Figures Calculated This Pass screen.
