This screen appears when accessing the Summary page of the Loan Application, or when using the Run Deal Filters button (F21) on that Summary page. This window appears only when the member fails one or more of the configured deal filters.
For loan products that are configured to run deal filters, the system automatically evaluates a loan application against those filters when the Loan App Summary page is first accessed during a session. If the app fails one of more of the requirements of the deal filters, this window appears to show the reasons for the failure.
If the app passes the filter requirements, you will see the “Pass” status on the Summary page and this window will never appear.
The left side of the window shows the requirements as configured in your Loan Product Configuration. The right side of the window shows the results for this particular loan application.
