Access this screen by selecting Tool #583: Patronage Dividend Configuration.

Do you have extra income? Do you want to reward your members with a patronage dividend? Use this and the following two screens to set the parameters that control what the dividend will be, who is eligible (for example, you can exclude dormant or delinquent members, certain Membership Designation types, etc.), and the transaction description and G/L offset.

  • We recommend that at least for the first year, you might want to work directly with a CSR to make sure the configuration is set up the way you want and work through any details before posting.

Using this Screen

Select your Membership Qualification/Exclusions criteria on this screen, use Enter to enter your Calculation Parameters on the next configuration screen.

Once you have completed all three configuration screens, use the posting screen to run your audit or post your final dividends.
