Screen Title: | Assign OPER Tools to Data Center Employees |
Panel Number: | 7328 |
Accessed by Tool Number: |
5608 (A view-only option is available in Tool #5609). Also accessed by selecting OPER Edition Tools or Assign OPER Edition Tools from Tool #5606. |
Use this tool to assign or remove tool permissions to employees. To assign tools to a single employee, select them first on the previous screen, otherwise tools will be assigned to all employees here. Note that accessing this tool from Tool #5608 will automatically assign tool permissions to all employees.
To find a tool to access, you can sort all columns by selecting the column header, or using the search functions to find specific tools. You can also use the Tool # box to filter one specific tool. Additionally, use the Select button to choose a Run Sheet Group of tools to assign.
Assign to Employee |
Highlight a tool and use this function to assign the employee access. If more than one tool exists under the program record, a screen will appear to select which of the tools you wish to assign. When assigning a tool to an employee via this option, the tool will be assigned to that employee for all credit unions on that particular box. |
About This Tool | This function will display information about the tool, including tool name and number, a description of what the tool does, the program and program description, and any Run Sheet Groups that it has been assigned to. |
Show Assigned Emp | This function will display all employees currently assigned to the specific tool. |
Remove Assignment | Use this function to remove a tool permission from the user (or all users if a specific user is not selected). Use caution if a specific user is not selected! |
Show Available/Unassigned/Assigned | Use this toggle to show groupings of tools that are assigned or unassigned (to either the specific employee or have been assigned, or not assigned, to any employee, depending on if specific employee is selected), or to show all available tools whether they have been assigned or not. |
Use this option to access the DC Employee Security Audit Reports function (also available via Tool #5605). |
