Access Membership Using Account Number

These steps explain how to access an open account (membership) when you know the account number.

1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

2. Input the member's account number.  

3. Click the forward arrow.

4. Click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up and any other pop-ups that may appear.

5. View a listing of the member’s sub-accounts.

To access another membership after following the steps above, click New Account.
