Add, Change, or Delete Account Nickname
These steps explain how to add, change, or delete an account nickname.

Members can also add, change, or delete an account nickname themselves in online banking.

Launch Tool #881 Update Account Nicknames.

Input the account base and suffix of the account you wish to update on the Update Account Nickname pop-up.

If the account is closed, input the closed sequence number. Otherwise, leave this field blank.

Click the forward arrow.

Perform the desired maintenance on the account nickname pop-up.

To add a nickname, input the desired nickname in the Account nickname field and click the forward arrow.

To replace a nickname with a new one, type over the existing nickname in the Account nickname field and click the forward arrow.

To delete a nickname, click Delete. Click Delete again to confirm.
