Add Restricted Account Nickname
These steps explain how to add a word or phrase to the restricted nickname list, which prevents members from using account nicknames that may be considered offensive.

Launch Tool #765 Restricted Nicknames Configuration.

Enter a word or phrase you wish to block from being used as an account nickname in the Add restricted nickname field on the Teller Processing screen.
