Change Non-Member Information
These steps explain how to update non-member information (phone number, address, etc.).

For example, if you wanted to update information for a joint owner who is not a member at your credit union, you would use these instructions.

Follow your credit union fraud-prevention procedures to verify the individual's identity prior to changing any personal information.

Launch Tool #997 Work With Non-Member Database.

Specify the type of account on the Non-Member Maintenance screen.

Enter the individual's Social Security number.

Click the forward arrow.

Make the desired changes on the Non-Member Information screen.

Click the forward arrow.

Click the forward arrow again to move past the OFAC Scan pop-up.

Click the forward arrow again to move past the Blocked Persons Database pop-up.
