Change Non-Member Information

These steps explain how to update non-member information (phone number, address, etc.) in CU*BASE.

  • For example, if you wanted to update information for a joint owner who is not a member at your credit union, you would use these instructions.

  • Follow your credit union fraud-prevention procedures to verify the individual's identity prior to changing any personal information.

  1. Launch Tool #997 Work With Non-Member Database.

  2. Specify the type of account on the Non-Member Maintenance screen.

  3. Enter the individual's Social Security number.

  4. Click the forward arrow.

  5. Make the desired changes on the Non-Member Information screen.

  6. Click the forward arrow.

  7. Click the forward arrow again to move past the OFAC Scan pop-up.

  8. Click the forward arrow again to move past the Blocked Persons Database pop-up.
