Conduct a Call Campaign

These steps explain how to conduct a marketing campaign in CBX by calling members.

  1. Create trackers from a database file to initiate a call campaign for members.

    • Usually, create a Sales Tracker with memo type IN – Initiate or XS – Sales Lead.

  2. Work open follow-ups to begin your call campaign, updating the sales trackers when calls or sales are made.

    • After step 7, select Phone Inquiry. Call the phone number listed on the screen to market your campaign.

    • Use the back arrow to go back and follow-up on the tracker with the results of the conversation.

    • Continue to step 8.

    • Repeat steps 6-14 for all sales leads.
