Work Open Follow-Up
These steps explain how to work and close an open follow-up Tracker.

Always record notes about the follow-up you performed and why you are closing a follow-up. This will allow others to review your notes and respond accordingly.

In addition to the method below, you can also access open follow-ups via the Follow-Ups button in Member Inquiry.

Launch Tool #5 Work with Member Follow-Ups.

Enter the two-digit employee ID to which the Tracker was assigned in the Assigned to employee ID field on the Work with Follow-Ups screen.

Enter the account number to which the Tracker was assigned in the Account # field.

Select Open in the Status field.

Check the Show Follow-Up box.

Select the desired Tracker from the list.

Click Follow-up.

Enter the corresponding memo code in the Memo type box on the Member Tracker Entry screen.

In the box below the Speaking to field, enter detailed notes about the follow-up you performed and why you are closing the follow-up.

Click Save/Continue.

Leave checked the box labeled Update last contact date for this account.

Uncheck the box labeled Entry just made requires a follow-up.

Leave checked the box labeled Mark worked follow-up as complete.

Click the forward arrow.
