Consolidate Trackers
These steps explain how to consolidate all Trackers of a similar Tracker type into one Tracker.

These steps may be used in situations where a member has more than one Collections Tracker, due to a conversion for example.

The Tracker conversations in the combined Tracker will be arranged by date.

Generally, Trackers are combined by membership.

Launch Tool #231 Combine Tracker Conversations.

On the Combine Tracker Conversations pop-up, enter the Tracker type to be consolidated in the first field.

Enter the member's account base.

If so desired, enter a custom name for the new combined Tracker conversation.

Click the forward arrow.

This will bring you to a warning pop-up telling you that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Click Combine.
