Create AIRES File

These steps explain how to generate AIRES files for management review or download to an examiner.

  • AIRES files can be generated for any previous month for which there are month-end files.

  • When you perform the steps below, CU*BASE will run through your member share and loan files and extract key information required by the AIRES system. 

  • The set of files generated using the steps below contains a number of different files, which are listed beginning on page 8 of the Working with AIRES and CU*BASE booklet.

  • Need help? Let us pull your AIRES file for you! If you want someone to perform the file creation and download process for you, please contact a Client Service Representative. Some credit unions may also qualify for delivery of AIRES information directly to an examiner. For either service, a small processing fee will apply. Find the AIRES File Request Form in the CU*Answers Store.

  1. Launch Tool #122 AIRES - Create Files.

  2. On the Create AIRES Download Files pop-up, check whether or not you'd like to include the member name and Social Security number in the download file.

  3. Click the forward arrow to generate the set of files.
