Create Collateral Insurance Agent
These steps explain how to add or change a sales message that appears for a particular loan product on the rate board displayed in It's Me 247 Online Banking.

The purpose of this message is to describe the loan and get the member excited about the product.

Launch Tool #222 Collateral Insurance Agent Configuration.

Enter a code in the box that reads Enter an unused code to create a new agent.

The code can be up to five characters.

Click the forward arrow.

Enter the insurance agent's information in the Insurance Agent Maintenance window.

In the Insurance type field, enter any one- or two-digit letter or number combination.

This code is used to group together similar types of insurance for reporting. For example, you may want to code all auto insurance agents as AU.
