Delete Security Questions

These steps explain how to delete security questions that a member must answer when logging into It's Me 247 Online Banking.  

  • Always follow credit union policy prior to resetting a member’s password or security questions via CBX, especially if the member is not present. Verify Member, available on several screens, allows you to access a screen containing member information such as a code word that you can use to confirm the member’s identity.

  1. Launch Tool #72 Update ARU/Online Banking Access (OLBPIN).

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. Check the box labeled Delete security questions.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. Be sure a reason code is selected.

  7. Click Reset Credentials.
