Delete Security Questions
These steps explain how to delete security questions that a member must answer when logging into It's Me 247 Online Banking.

Always follow credit union policy prior to resetting a member’s password or security questions via CU*BASE, especially if the member is not present. Verify Member, available on several screens, allows you to access a screen containing member information such as a code word that you can use to confirm the member’s identity.

Launch Tool #72 Update ARU/Online Banking Access (PIN).

Click the forward arrow.

Enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member's Password Information pop-up.

Click Reset Security Quest.

If you don't see this button, the member never set up any security questions in online banking.

In the Confirm Delete pop-up, click Delete.
