Delete Security Questions

These steps explain how to delete security questions that a member must answer when logging into It's Me 247 Online Banking.  

  • Always follow credit union policy prior to resetting a member’s password or security questions via CU*BASE, especially if the member is not present. Verify Member, available on several screens, allows you to access a screen containing member information such as a code word that you can use to confirm the member’s identity.

  1. Launch Tool #72 Update ARU/Online Banking Access (PIN).

  2. Click the forward arrow.

  3. Enter the member's account number.

  4. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member's Password Information pop-up.

  5. Click Reset Security Quest.

    • If you don't see this button, the member never set up any security questions in online banking.

  6. In the Confirm Delete pop-up, click Delete.
