Delete Username for Online Banking
These steps explain how to delete the username a member set up to log into online banking.

A username can be used in place of an account number when logging into online banking.

Only members can create user names in online banking.

Employees can only view or delete a member’s username in CU*BASE.

Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

Enter the account base.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

Check the box that reads Online banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history).

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member's Password Information pop-up.

Click Display Username.

In the Inquire/Delete Members Online Banking Username pop-up, you'll see one of two things:

You'll see a Delete button if the member had previously set up a username. To delete it, click Delete once, and then again to confirm.

There will be no Delete button if the member never set up a username. Instead, you'll see a message that reads "This member has no username."
