View Online Banking Username

These steps explain how to view a member’s online banking username, which the member can use in place of an account number when logging into online banking.

• Only members can create usernames in online banking. Employees can only view or delete a member’s username. 

1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon on your home screen.

2. Enter the member's account number.

3. Click the forward arrow.

   • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

4. Click the Online Banking button.

5. Click Display Username in the Online Banking Member pop-up.
