Enroll Member in Bill Pay

These steps explain how to enroll members in It's Me 247 Bill Pay (powered by iPay).

  • If your credit union uses Fiserv or Paymentus as your bill pay vendor, you do not have the ability to enroll your members in It's Me 247 Bill Pay using the steps below. If your members would like to be enrolled in bill pay, they must enroll themselves by hovering over the Pay & Transfer button in online banking and then clicking Enroll in Bill Pay. (Members of credit unions using iPay can enroll this way as well if they prefer.)

  • Enrollment and account changes may take up to 48 hours. During this time, the member’s enrollment will be marked as pending.

  1. Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

  4. Check the box that reads Bill Payment (enroll or change enrollment status).

  5. Click the forward arrow.

  6. Check the Enroll in bill payment box in the Bill Payment Member Enrollment pop-up.

  7. Enter a service charge group if needed.

  8. Enter a checking sub-account suffix in the Checking account 1 field.

    • If the member would occasionally like to pay bills out of another account, enter that sub-account suffix in the Checking account 2 field.

  9. Click the forward arrow.
