Enroll Member in Online and/or Audio Banking

These steps explain how to enroll a member in online or audio banking.

  • If the member is locked out of online banking for some reason, you may simply need to reset the member’s password to give the member access.

  1. Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders screen.

  4. Check the box labeled Online banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history).

  5. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member's Password Information pop-up.

  6. From the Update Audio/Online Banking Access screen, enroll the member in online banking and/or audio banking.

    • To enroll the member in online banking, check the Online banking box and select a reason code.

    • To enroll the member in audio banking, check the Audio response box and select a reason code.

  7. Click the forward arrow.
