Enroll Member in eStatements

These steps explain how to enroll a member in eStatements.

  • Members can also enroll themselves in eStatements via online banking by hovering over the eStatements button and then clicking Enroll Now.

  • The member's statement mail code will automatically be updated to 0 when the member is enrolled in eStatements.

  1. Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

  4. Check the box labeled eStatements (enroll or change enrollment status).

  5. Click the forward arrow.

  6. From the eStatement option drop-down menu on the E-Statement Member Enrollment screen, select Receive e-statement only with no mailed copy.

  7. Confirm or enter the member’s email address, if required by your credit union.

    • This is used to send an email notification to the member.

    • Changes to this field will automatically update the membership record.

    • If the member’s address is marked as a wrong email address, and an email address is required by your credit union, the member will receive a paper statement, regardless of whether the member is enrolled in eStatements.

  8. Click the forward arrow.
