Enroll or Unenroll Member in/from Online Banking

These steps explain how to enroll or unenroll a member in or from It's Me 247 Online Banking.

  • If the member is locked out of online banking for some reason, you may simply need to reset the member’s password to give the member access.

  1. Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

  2. On the Member Personal Banker pop-up, enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

  4. Select Online banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history).

  5. On the Update Online Banking Access screen

    • To enroll the member from online banking, check the Activate online banking box and select a Reason code.

    • To unenroll the member from audio banking, uncheck the Activate online banking box and select a Reason code.

  6. Click the forward arrow.
