Enroll or Unenroll Member in/from Online Banking
These steps explain how to enroll or unenroll a member in or from It's Me 247 Online Banking.

If the member is locked out of online banking for some reason, you may simply need to reset the member’s password to give the member access.

Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

On the Member Personal Banker pop-up, enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

Select Online banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history).

On the Update Online Banking Access screen

To enroll the member from online banking, check the Activate online banking box and select a Reason code.

To unenroll the member from audio banking, uncheck the Activate online banking box and select a Reason code.

Click the forward arrow.
