Find Return When ACH Returns Are Off

These steps explain how to tell what has been returned when your ACH returns (870.11) G/L is off.

  • After completing the steps below, you will see all PACHFD reports from the date you enter until the current date.

  • Within these reports, you will see individual detail items and the daily total of returns at the bottom.

  1. Click the Time-out (pause) button on any CU*BASE screen.

  2. Select CU*Spy daily reports.

  3. In the Report Name field, enter PACHFD (ACH NOC Records and ACH Return Records reports).

  4. In the first Date field, enter the first business day following the "0" date you found in the 870.11 G/L.

    • If you wish to narrow your search, enter a date in the second Date field as well.

    • If you don't know the date, find the last date that was at "0" in the 870.11 G/L.

  5. Click Search.
