Monitor Dormant Account Activity

These steps explain how to view a report that lists accounts on the dormancy list that had transactions or other activity during the day.

  • All of these transactions will show as “suspended” on the dormancy list.

  • This report shows accounts on which the last contact date was updated manually.

  • These same accounts will appear on the PDRMNS report as well.

  1. Click the Time-out (pause) button at the bottom of any CU*BASE screen.

  2. Select CU*Spy daily reports.

  3. Search for the report name of PDRMTR (Activity on Dormant Accounts).

  4. You will then see all dormant accounts that have had transactions post.

  5. Review these accounts for atypical activity.

  6. Verify signatures on receipts to ensure the member was the actual person they claimed they were.

  7. Update the dormancy status of the account.
