Order Replacement ATM/Debit Card
These steps explain how to reorder a replacement ATM/Debit Card or PIN for a member.

Check with the vendor to determine if replacement card orders can be processed through CU*BASE.

Launch Tool #11 ATM/Debit Card Maintenance.

On the ATM/Debit Account/Card Lookup pop-up, enter the member’s account base or card number.

Click the forward arrow.

Select the card from the list.

Click Select.

On the Card/PIN Order screen, confirm that all member information is correct and make any needed changes.

For example, you might change the phone number if the member wanted to activate the card via a cell phone.

Check one or both of the following boxes:

Order card (A card will be reordered and sent to the member.)

Order PIN (The PIN number will be resent to the member.)

Click Add/Update.
