Order Replacement ATM/Debit Card

These steps explain how to reorder a replacement ATM/Debit Card or PIN for a member.

  • Check with the vendor to determine if replacement card orders can be processed through CU*BASE.

  1. Launch Tool #11 ATM/Debit Card Maintenance.

  2. On the ATM/Debit Account/Card Lookup pop-up, enter the member’s account base or card number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. Select the card from the list.

  5. Click Select.

  6. On the Card/PIN Order screen, confirm that all member information is correct and make any needed changes.

    • For example, you might change the phone number if the member wanted to activate the card via a cell phone.

  7. Check one or both of the following boxes:  

    • Order card (A card will be reordered and sent to the member.) 

    • Order PIN (The PIN number will be resent to the member.)

  8. Click Add/Update.
