Override Frozen Account via Time-Out

These steps explain how a supervisor can override a frozen account from their own workstation using the Time-Out option.

  1. Ask your team member to back out of the main teller posting screen at their workstation.

  2. From your workstation, click the Time-Out (pause) button at the bottom of any screen.  

  3. Click Supervisor Transaction Override.

  4. Enter your employee ID and password on the Transaction Override pop-up.

  5. Enter the account base and suffix.

  6. Select Override frozen account status for one transaction.

  7. Click the forward arrow.
