Override Locked Account via Time-Out
These steps explain how a supervisor can override a locked account from their own workstation using the Time-Out option.

These steps are helpful in cases where a code word/set of security questions has been entered incorrectly three or more times, thereby locking the membership from entry.

This override can only be done by the member credit union.

From your workstation, click the Time-Out (pause) button at the bottom of any screen.

Click Supervisor Transaction Override.

On the Transaction Override pop-up, enter your employee ID and password.

Enter the account base and suffix.

Select Reset code word/confirmation question lockout for membership.

Click the forward arrow.
