Override Locked Account via Time-Out

These steps explain how a supervisor can override a locked account from their own workstation using the CU*BASE Time-Out option.

  • These steps are helpful in cases where a code word/set of security questions has been entered incorrectly three or more times, thereby locking the membership from entry.

  • This override can only be done by the member credit union.

  1. From your workstation, click the Time-Out (pause) button at the bottom of any CU*BASE screen.  

  2. Click Supervisor Transaction Override.

  3. On the Transaction Override pop-up, enter your employee ID and password.

  4. Enter the account base and suffix.

  5. Select Reset code word/confirmation question lockout for membership.

  6. Click the forward arrow.
