Override Secured-Funds Hold via Time-Out

These steps explain how a supervisor can override a secured-funds hold from their own workstation using the CU*BASE Time-Out option.  

  • These steps are helpful in cases where funds in an account are tagged as secured by another account, such as a loan.

  1. Ask your team member to back out of the main teller posting screen at their workstation.

  2. From your workstation, click the Time-Out (pause) button at the bottom of any CU*BASE screen.  

  3. Click Supervisor Transaction Override.

  4. On the Transaction Override pop-up, enter your employee ID and password.

  5. Enter the account base and suffix.

  6. Select Override uncollected funds for one transaction.

  7. Click the forward arrow.
