Override Uncollected-Funds Hold via Time-Out

These steps explain how a supervisor can override an uncollected-funds hold from their own workstation using the CU*BASE Time-Out option.

  • These steps allow a supervisor to perform an override if funds are unavailable due to check holds placed in the teller posting system.

  1. Have the employee back out of the main teller posting screen.

  2. From your workstation, click the Time-out (pause) button at the bottom of any screen/pop-up.  

  3. Click Supervisor Transaction Override.

  4. On the Transaction Override pop-up, enter your employee ID and password.

  5. Enter the account base and suffix.

  6. Select Override uncollected funds for one transaction.

  7. Click the forward arrow.
