Print Daily Reports Without Using CU*Spy

These steps explain how to access your daily reports when service to CU*Spy has been temporarily interrupted.

  • After using these steps to access a report, you will need to return the report to the output queue where you retrieved it (either NIGHTXX or SAVEXX) so that the report is available in CU*Spy once connectivity has been restored.

  1. Click the Time-Out (pause) button at the bottom of any CU*BASE screen.

  2. Select Work with Output Queues on the CU*BASE Time-Out Options pop-up.

  3. Select the NIGHTXX or SAVEXX output queue on the Work with Output Queues screen.

    • XX is your credit union ID.

    • If you are not sure which queue holds the report you are looking for, refer to CU*BASE online help to learn how reports are routed each day.

  4. Click Select.

  5. Enter the following in the field below the heading Parameters for Options Send, Change, or Hold on the Work with Output Queue screen:

    • SAVE(*YES) OUTQ (XX123)

      1. Substitute your printer ID for the XX123.

  6. Enter a 2 beside the desired report in the Option column.

  7. Click the forward arrow.
