Print Financial Report for Multiple Months

These steps explain how to run a balance sheet/income statement with separate months on one report.

  1. Launch Tool #640 Print CU Financials.

  2. Enter your corporate ID in the Corp ID field on the first Financial Statement Report pop-up.

  3. Select the desired report from the list.

  4. Click Select.

  5. Enter the current period date in the Current period end field on the second Financial Statement Report pop-up.

  6. Select N/A under the Type heading in column 1 .

  7. Enter the same month under the Begin [MMYY] and End [MMYY] headings in column 1.

    • For example, for August 2018 you would enter 0818 in both fields.

  8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the next column(s), depending on how many more months you'd like to include in your report.

  9. Select Current YTD from the drop-down menu for the final month you'd like to include in your report.

  10. Leave the date at 0000 in the Begin [MMYY] and End [MMYY] fields for the final month.

  11. Click the forward arrow.

  12. Select the desired report options on the Financial Statement Report screen.

  13. Enter one of the following under the Response heading:

    • 10 if you have fewer than four columns

    • 15 if you have more than four columns

  14. Click the forward arrow.
