Print Trackers
These steps explain how to print a report listing tracker conversations.

Launch Tool #664 Print Member Trackers.

Input a Member account base range (or leave blank).

Input a Conversation date range (or leave blank).

Input the Tracker type.

Input a Memo type. (Leave the Memo type blank to print all trackers of that type.)

For the Type of Employee to select below field, select Conversation created by.

You may select Tracker created by to view the trackers originally created by the employee IDs listed.

Leave the Employee IDs blank (or input IDs as needed).

If you selected Conversation created by and input employee IDs, only conversations created by those employees will be included on the report.

For Tracker selection, choose Both.

Check the box for Print conversation detail.

Use Enter. The report will generate showing the full details of the trackers, which is useful for reviewing comments made by your team members.
