Print Transaction History Report

These steps explain how to obtain a printout of all the transactions that have posted for a particular account.

  • You can request additional printouts for other sub-accounts while on this screen.

  1. Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home screen.

  2. Enter the account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments screen and other pop-up screens that may appear.

  4. Select the sub-account for which you want to print the report.

  5. Click List.

  6. Select a start date on the Account Status Print screen.

  7. Select an end date.

  8. Select a report format.  

    • The narrow format of this report will NOT display the account number for any transfers to or from another member account. Instead, the other member's name will appear below the transaction description. This is a great format to print for a member.

    • The full format will show both the account number and name for inter-member transfers, which makes it good for credit union research purposes.

    • The full format can be helpful if you need to see the Trans ID (sequence #) of a particular transaction.

  9. Confirm the account type to charge is correct, if you charge a service fee.

  10. Click the forward arrow.
