Research Online Banking Password Resets

These steps explain how to find out how many times online banking passwords were reset by your staff or members.  

1. Launch Tool #505 Member PIN/Password Change History.

2. In the Date range From and To fields, enter the date range for which you’d like to view password changes.

3. In the Change code drop-down menu, select Reset.

   • You have many options on this screen. For example, you can view the number of times a particular staff member reset passwords by entering their employee ID in the Employee ID field.

4. Click the forward arrow.
