Reset Login Password
These steps explain how to reset another employee's password used for logging into CBX.

The user will be required to change their password immediately after logging back into CBX.

Launch Tool #763 Reset User Login Password/Device.

In the User ID field, enter the employee's username.

In the Password field, enter the desired temporary password.

Click the forward arrow.
