Send a Mail Campaign
These steps explain how to send members a marketing campaign via mail.

Design and create your marketing materials.

Share statement inserts or promotional pieces with your print vendor. Be sure your print vendor follows the Packaging & Labeling Instructions for statement inserts. (You will need to estimate the number of inserts/materials to print.)

For statement onserts, work with Sage Direct (or your statement print vendor) to upload the onsert and discuss placement and cost.

For separate promotional pieces, print mailing labels. Compile and send the marketing materials.

For statement inserts/onserts, update your statement insert/onsert instructions.

After the campaign has run, you will want to update your statement insert/onsert instructions to remove the statement file, so the insert/onsert doesn’t get sent again.
