Set Up Credit Bureau Access

These steps explain how to request access to a credit bureau (primary or secondary).

  1. Contact the credit bureau to obtain a subscriber code.

    • Contact information for each bureau can be found on the form linked below.

  2. Fill out the Online Credit Bureau Access Setup Form.

  3. Return the form to the Lender*VP team via email.

  4. Wait for the Lender*VP team to confirm the information has been added to the system, at which time you may begin requesting reports from the new bureau.
