Suppress Transaction/Adjustment from Member Statement

These steps explain how to change a transaction or secondary transaction description and how to suppress a transaction from appearing on a statement such as when you are making an adjustment.

  1. Launch Tool #918 Update Trans Desc & IRA/HSA Post Codes.

  2. On the Update Trans Description pop-up, enter the account number or Social Security number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

  4. On the Transaction Process Setup pop-up, select the sub-account from the list.

  5. Click Select.

  6. On the Transaction Process Setup screen, select the desired transaction.

  7. Click Description/Statement.

  8. On the next Transaction Process Setup screen, select Suppress from statement.

  9. Click Update.
