Suppress Transaction/Adjustment from Member Statement
These steps explain how to change a transaction or secondary transaction description and how to suppress a transaction from appearing on a statement such as when you are making an adjustment.

You can also change/suppress a transaction directly after posting it in Teller Processing.

Once you suppress a transaction from a member statement, the transaction will not appear on the member’s statement when the statement is printed.

Be sure that no transactions have occurred after the transaction you are suppressing from the statement.

Launch Tool #918 Update Trans Desc & IRA/HSA Post Codes.

On the Update Trans Description pop-up, enter the account number or Social Security number.

Click the forward arrow.

On the Transaction Process Setup pop-up, select the sub-account from the list.

Click Select.

On the Transaction Process Setup screen, select the desired transaction.

Click Description/Statement.

On the next Transaction Process Setup screen, select Suppress from statement.

Click Update.
