Unenroll Member from Bill Pay

These steps explain how to unenroll a member from It's Me 247 Bill Pay.

  • These steps apply to credit unions using bill pay powered by Fiserv or iPay. Credit unions using bill pay powered by iPay must also unenroll the member via the iPay administrative site to complete the unenrollment.

  • For credit unions using bill pay powered by Paymentus, if you unenroll members through CBX, you must also remove the member from the vendor website. Members can also unenroll themselves in online banking by hovering over Pay & Transfer, clicking Bill Pay Home, then Accounts/Settings, then Unenroll.

  1. Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

  2. Enter the member's account number on the Member Personal Banker pop-up.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

  4. Select Bill Payment Enrollment.

  5. Check the Unenroll from bill payment option on the Bill Payment Member Enrollment pop-up.

  6. Click the forward arrow.
