Unenroll Member from Online and/or Audio Banking

These steps explain how to unenroll a member from It's Me 247 Online Banking and/or CU*Talk Audio Response Banking.

  1. Launch Tool #14 Member Personal Banker.

  2. On the Member Personal Banker pop-up, enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Reminders pop-up.

  4. Check the box labeled Online banking/ARU (activate, change PIN/password; view password history).

  5. Click the forward arrow.

    • If the member is locked out of online banking, you will first be presented with the Member's Password Information pop-up where you will need to reset the member’s password to access the screen to deny access.

  6. On the Update Audio/Online Banking Access screen, unenroll the member from online banking and/or audio banking.

    • To unenroll the member from online banking, uncheck the Online banking box (next to mouse icon) and select a reason code.

    • To unenroll the member from audio banking, uncheck the Audio Response box (next to phone icon) and select a reason code.

  7. Click the forward arrow.
