Unenroll Member from Third-Party Mailings

These steps explain how to unenroll a member from any future promotional mailings from third-party vendors.

  • These steps are helpful in cases of AD&D mailings, ID theft, etc.

  1. Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home screen.

  2. Enter the member's account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click Names/Address.

  5. On the Member Name and Address File Maintenance pop-up, enter your employee ID and password.

  6. Click the forward arrow.

  7. On the Address, DBA, & Other Maintenance screen, click the Miscellaneous Info button.

  8. Check the box labeled 3rd-party opt out.

  9. Click the forward arrow.
