Unenroll Member from Third-Party Mailings
These steps explain how to unenroll a member from any future promotional mailings from third-party vendors.

These steps are helpful in cases of AD&D mailings, ID theft, etc.

Launch Phone Operator by clicking the phone icon on your home screen.

Enter the member's account number.

Click the forward arrow.

You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

Click Names/Address.

On the Member Name and Address File Maintenance pop-up, enter your employee ID and password.

Click the forward arrow.

On the Address, DBA, & Other Maintenance screen, click the Miscellaneous Info button.

Check the box labeled 3rd-party opt out.

Click the forward arrow.
