Unenroll Member from Tiered Services

These steps explain how to unenroll a member from Tiered Services so that the member does not receive additional Tiered Services points.

  1. Launch the Member Inquiry tool by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your home screen.

  2. Enter the member’s account number.

  3. Click the forward arrow.

    • You may need to click the forward arrow again to move past the Member Account Comments pop-up.

  4. Click Sales Tools.

  5. On the Sales Tools pop-up, select the Tiered Service Scores/Misc Maintenance option.

  6. Click Select.

  7. On the Tiered Service Level Maintenance pop-up, select View Member Score Detail/Set Base Scores for Specific Member Account.

  8. Click Change.

  9. Enter the member's account base.

  10. Click the forward arrow.

  11. On the Member Score Analysis screen, check the box labeled Omit from scoring/set score to 0.

  12. Click the forward arrow.
